Multifamily apartment operator Camden Property Trust announced today its second-quarter dividend of $0.63 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the payout 12.5% from $0.56 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 17 to holders of record at the close of business on June 28. The apartment building operator has made quarterly payouts to investors since 1993.
The regular dividend payment equates to a $2.52-per-share annual dividend, yielding 3.8% based on the closing price of Camden Property Trust's stock today
